ACC Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is established by Article V of the Polo Golf & Country Club
Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements. The purpose of the ACC is to govern the exterior appearance of all properties in the association in order to preserve and improve the appearance of the community and the property values therein.

Owners must submit plans and specifications for work which alters the external appearance of a property to the ACC for approval. ACC approval must be received before the work is commenced. Homeowners are responsible for obtaining any government permits required for the work they plan to do. Neither the ACC nor the homeowners association is liable for any failure to obtain necessary permits.

All Improvements must be made in accordance with the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and the Architectural Design Standards Guidelines for Polo Golf & Country Club HOA. Please review these documents carefully, and make sure your plans comply with their requirements.

Homeowner Requests

The approval process for an architectural or landscaping modification requires that the homeowner submit a “Request for Architectural Approval” to the ACC. To view the procedures for preparing and submitting the Request for Architectural Approval.

The ACC has 30 days to act upon the application, but in most cases for routine applications, approval takes only a few days.
