Landscape Committee

Polo Landscape Committee is responsible for the landscaping, irrigation and maintenance of the 15 External Monuments as well as 7 Internal Monuments at Polo Golf and Country Club. In addition, we are responsible for the landscaping and maintenance of Polo Outdoors and all common areas along Majors, Post, Pittman and Bethelview Roads.

The goal of the Landscape Committee is to work towards increased property values in our community by impacting our neighborhood with curb appeal and well-groomed common areas.
We work directly with our vendors and make recommendations to the Board on new plants and shrubs when needed, spring and fall flowers as well as tree removal.

We also make recommendations on irrigation, stone monument repairs and playground maintenance. We participate with the Board of Directors and Management Company in proposing vendors, evaluating their bids and reviewing contracts for the overall maintenance of our common areas.

We are NOT responsible for the reporting and problem solving of resident landscaping issues. These issues should be forwarded to Dave Lyons at Access Management for his review with our Board.
